Like many others, my save was stuck at a black screen immediately upon loading, which would crash the whole console. Wanted to report that today’s 4.42 patch fixed this, and the save is playable again. The save was NOT permanently corrupted, which I was really afraid of. However, I’m now getting severe visual distortions. This is true on that save and a new one that had been fine before today. I have submitted a new bug report.
