i lost my starship and I need help desperately.
lemme rewind a bit started playing the game a couple of weeks back. I finally made a hyperdrive and went to another star system. i found a distress signal to a nearby planet, which turned out to be part of the main mission. i landed on this planet and went after the signal. found the broken ship and base of someone called Artemis. got the blueprints for advanced mining laser and had to go to space station for wiring loom. I’d added Artemis’ starship to my collection and when i turned to go to my starship, the HUD showed the new starship as ‘my’ starship. it won’t show where my actual starship is and now I’m left with this hunk of junk.
this thing has absolutely nothing in working order, you have to repair a lot of stuff, and some of it requires: a wiring loom. anyway, I tried to summon my ship but it says “you need 25% fuel in launch thrusters to summon. you have 100%”. wtf. I’d checked the launch thrusters before embarking towards the signal, and it had 16% in launch thrusters. I mistakenly assumed that would be enough and went on my merry way.
now how do i get out of this. the only way i see is to restore a previous save, but that would set me back quite a bit. does anyone know any other way?

I have two best friends who stopped playing NMS for a really long time because of their job (I have a job too). I felt a little bit sad that time. After several days, I found out about the squadron feature. I’m like, okay, this is cool. I have starships to fight with me when doing pirate missions. Hours later, I thought maybe I could recruit a pilot who has the same ship as my bois. It’s so awesome when there’s a freighter battle or conflict; they will warp in then engage, I really feel like I’m fighting with them. Every so often, I even let them have the last hit. Sometimes when roaming in space, I’ll call my squadron to feel like I’m playing with them. We’re still active in chats though, and that’s why I’m not that sad. Hello guys long time watching this reddit but since back then I still had a few hours in the game I felt I had little to share yet. Well now 150 hours in I have quite a bit to share and quite a bit of questions for those of you that have even more knowledge about the game. Some pics are just cool pics from my adventure others are connected with a question.
I’ve seen these ships all around the anomaly but I have no idea what they are. I know about living, sentinel etc.. But what are the ships in the first few images even called ?
Just me arriving at my first \”main base\” (I didn’t really get into base building until late game)
When you guys are away in the anomaly doing your space business I take pictures of your ships!
First S class really didn’t like it but it had stats.
Just some old school planets still haven’t invented color over there!
Almost final version of my Evil Bioengineering lab! + the new S class ship.
Pretty but I’m stuck on this quest since I don’t have all the glyphs the living ship is far away 🙁

So I’m pretty new to this game and I’m playing on PS5. I keep getting massive frame drops and lag, and this last time it lagged it even made my PS5 home screen lag until I closed the game. Is there any way to fix this?
