Hi, as there were questions about this subject, I decided to compare 2 identical ships and their stats. Both ships are from the same planet, 1 is intentionally picked original C class and 1 is original S class. I made sure their technologies are the same. Btw RIP my nanites… :)) Original S class is slightly better but the difference is really small. So it almost doesn’t matter if you want to pick up original S class or upgrade one. Of course the gap will be bigger with added weapons, dmg upgrades and so on.
