Many people already own the game and there is zero paid DLC or microtransactions. How do they continue to push out free massive update after free massive update? Is it really just new sales? I’d absolutely hate for them to go under.

So having played a number of multiplayer/MMO games, I have found that most player communities (especially veteran players) are not kind toward new players. For some there appears to be no greater joy than destroying some unsuspecting newb.

It was therefore a pleasant surprise when some random player gave me 150 mil worth of trade goods! While this may be nothing to a veteran player, for me it was hitting the lottery! Not sure who the player was but wanted to just generally say thank you to the community.

It seems that this is actually pretty common for No Man’s Sky. I can say it is a welcome change to usual player interaction I have experienced in the past.

BTW – Really like this game. Lots to learn though. And so much to explore.
