Since there is now a 12 slot ship collection available in NMS, I thought it would be very nice to be able to show our ships in our bases, as buildable objects and so on. One way I could see that being done is through the existing wonders projector, es…

I get why some players may not care for some of the changes, but honestly, I’m not even sure why are even that upset in the first place since we all know that hello game will quickly start making changes to 4.0 based on player feedback just like they have done with every single major update they have released.
Heck, they even brought back the ramps for the freighters when players complained about it being removed from the endurance update and I have no doubt that in the coming days that will also make changes to Waypoint just as they have done with every other update that has come before it
Look on the bright side, at least people can still actually play the game because I remember when the beyond update came out and the game literally started crashing every time I would try to play it. I was not able to play the game for days, so thankfully at least for me WAYPOINT is not having those kinds of Major issues so far

I’ve recently gotten this game to run on my PC again and though I’m once again loving the experience I’m already back to grinding my teeth over the UI spam that No Man’s Sky LOVES to do. Yes, it’s just holding one button to get rid of it. Yes, it’s for showing you information on the place you just joined. But it’s unbelievably annoying how it temporarily locks you out of certain controls when you’re trying to explore systems and doing frequent jumps, let alone having to deal with forced pirate encounters that already lock out your ability to pulse/warp/summon.
On the topic of UI spam, as someone who missed out on the second, third, and forth expansions, it’s also not fun to get a planet entrance message, then a planetary info message, then get an expedition complete all one after the other. No Man’s Sky is a wonderful game and it does a lot of things right but UI spam is not one of them. It would really be a nice little QOL change to allow us to disable it or make it far less intrusive.

A perfect world… at the edge of the galaxy… over 1,000,000 LY from galactic core… high sentinel activity but not aggressive activity, 3-star system, blue skies, and the RAIN IS NORMAL… I’m almost crying… over 150 hours of being a nomad, building …

I have developed the habit of constantly building bases on any planet that interests me, even a little bit. I almost never return to most of them, except to avoid lengthy travel or to harvest a resource when I can’t find enough in trade. I think I have twenty-five or more bases now. Should I delete them and try to just keep one base? How many bases do you have and/or use regularly? Edit: autocorrect
