I'd like to hear opinions

So I found these two half donut like structures and I want to build a base on top and have my landing pad hanging below so that way I can use stairs to enter through the floor because I want to eliminate the use of the stairs but I will use them if need be. Anyway my main question is I just want to know if it's feasible to possibly lay down some parts to put a landing pad on in midair. I'm open to any suggestions as well
