I hooked this soundbar up today. It does have a decent volume. I'm getting a little hum thru the speaker. Almost like a static sound coming thru. Tried a different power outlet and a different optical cable than the one it came with. No difference. A little less noticeable on bluetooth but still there. Will follow up if I can figure it. Otherwise it's a nice looking soundbar, inexpensive and easy to set up.
Updated review.....The company reached out to me and they stand behind their product. 5 stars as far as customer service. Actually they might be one of the best sellers I've encountered on Amazon. Waiting for a replacement and will follow up after it arrives.
Update......new soundbar was received today. It works flawlessly. Used the same connections. Great seller!!!!

Good for the money
My tv (Element ) isn’t the smartest, so I had to hook it up with the audio cable, which limits the wall mount, etc. I put the bar on a narrow armchair table on my tv stand behind my tv, perfect.Had a bit of a hard time figuring out modifying my Netflix and Hulu sound settings at first (as instructed, but I was trying to find the settings in each app individually, my mistake). Then I easily found required settings in my Chrome « settings » where I was also able to pair the sound bar with my Chrome.It works pretty well, and the humming other customers mentioned was easily remedied by following all the instructions in the manual (please do read it before sending the unit back). I would have given it 5 stars if the sound did not randomly (and very briefly) cut off. Not enough to bother me or for me to go through the hassle of returning it. Especially since it is still pretty rare, and the price is right.

1 day delivery on this in the middle of SE NM. Purchased to replace a 15 year old set of value-priced computer speakers with subwoofer. PC is in my shop so no worries about the cables hanging out the right side. Hung onto wall with 2 supplied drywall anchors/screws. Connected the speaker bar's "aux" connector with the supplied 3.5mm stereo cable to the PC speaker out. Turned the unit on with the remote. Started playing MP3s right away. No distortion. Plenty of volume. Decent frequency response, better than the previous speaker set by far. This product is plenty good enough in this setting. Only con: had to provide my own "AAA" batteries for the remote.
