Most intense session of my life!
So, I decided to go to the center of the galaxy for the first time since getting the game. Zoom out, zoom in. I spawn in on a IRRADIATED PLANET, and I was ENTIRELY unprepared! Why is everything broken?! And I don't have the resources to fix it! Mine it, mine it. That's dead too! My ship, where's my ship? Scanner is dead! "Storm incoming." Welp, embrace the sweet relief of death…. Hold on…freighter. My freighter! Do I still have it? Summon… there it is! And I JUST got the long range inventory teleportation thing yesterday. Mining beam! "Technology recharged." Terrain manipulator. "Technology recharged." Now dig! Dig straight down like a Minecraft noob. "Radiation falling." And now my radiation shield. Rad at 1.9. Thirty seconds elapses. Why is my shield not going back up?… Oh, right, I gotta charge it. "Technology recharged."
… Holy shit that was the most intense session of my life! Anyone else got similar life or death situations? I'd love to hear it.
