People who troll mission areas just to kill you

Was doing the freighter mission today and having a hard time digging due to it saying can not edit terrain and I’m looking around seeing a base or something is close by and all of a sudden death. Then I come back and I’m like what the heck happened someone killed me and I go to get grave and bam again! Then I come back like couple more times and they are literally killing me as soon I spawn. I’m getting mad . Finally able to get enough time to hop into spaceship and start to fly away and one shot they took me down. After this happens it spawns me further away and I’m able to turn off pvp long enough to get my grave and get out of there. Who does this and why? what’s the point damn ol troll!?

my opinion on the update

I’ve played the game for at least 5 years now and have followed it activly ever since next.
I adore its lore, the worlds you can find, the mysteries you can uncover.

I was disappointed at first, just seeing an expedition, some random new ship and a some sort of overhaul of the recording system. Was that all?, i thought.

But I came to the conclusion that this is a lot when we look at the whole picture.

This is no AAA company with many employees, these people managed to pull of a switch port and a vr overhaul in a short amount of time, so getting anything beyond a vr update, much less an entire expedion and new items for the shop it seems…that is impressive.

I do hope now that only the apple port is left that they can focus on content again, on lore and maybe work on the custimisation of my beloved Korvax…but I am still very grateful what we received.

So please…don’t speak too ill of them, i believe they are trying very hard.
(I could do with less grass rewards in the store though XD )

Difference between original S class and upgraded S class Sentinel ship

Hi, as there were questions about this subject, I decided to compare 2 identical ships and their stats. Both ships are from the same planet, 1 is intentionally picked original C class and 1 is original S class. I made sure their technologies are the same.

Btw RIP my nanites… :))

Original S class is slightly better but the difference is really small. So it almost doesn’t matter if you want to pick up original S class or upgrade one. Of course the gap will be bigger with added weapons, dmg upgrades and so on.
Original S class stats:
DMG: 413.5
Shield: 198.6
Hyperdrive: 653.3
Man.: 486.9

Original C class stats:
DMG: 146.9
Shield: 171.9
Hyperdrive: 601.0
Man.: 292.9

Upgraded S class from C class stats:
DMG: 396.4
Shield: 198.6
Hyperdrive: 650.4
Man.: 465.1

The difference between originally spawned S class and upgraded S class:
DMG: 17.1
Shield: 0
Hyperdrive: 2.9
Man.: 21.8
