Please Hello Games, can we have an option to disable seeing all these player made icons infesting the game?

We have a lot of options in the game to disable multiplayer related icons (I have everything disabled), but for some reason we still see these communication stations and buildings/bases icons. They completely infest the screen and the compass making it hard to find the icons you are supposed to be following.
It really ruins the experience.
