It's basically a farming sim.....right?

I decided to participate in a charity “farming sim” event, so I did it in No Man’s Sky. I’m not sure if the other ‘farmers’ really understood why I didn’t just play Stardew Valley or something, but since it was a charity stream thing, nobody stopped me. As a result of my farming, I have 15.6 billion units worth of stuff (to be offered in the Anomaly) and the universe to explore ….so I think I’m sticking to the right game. submitted by /u/HappyKaiju |

Will NMS get new updates now their new game is announced ?

I really like playing No Man’s Sky and I recently saw the new game Light No Fire they are going to do, and I was asking myself if there will be other big updates like in the past or is the game over ?
Like, now they focus on this new game and there will be no more content on NMS ?

I am absolutely blown away by how good this runs on Switch
I’ve got about 2000 hours between Xbox and PC. I bought the Switch version on launch and it was so-so. I mean I didn’t really expect MUCH in the way of performance.
Must have been one of the recent updates, but holy HELL how did the developers do this!? Between game engine optimization and the raw talent of the HG team, I am beside myself.
I don’t want to reach too deep into my pocket full of dreams but I hope Light No Fire comes to Switch as well. I was literally about to sell my OLED last week until I fired up NMS again.
