These weird robots found me, and wouldn't stop til I was dead. How do you deal with this??

So I’m running around exploring, having a breeze of a time gathering carbon when all these robots come in and literally delete me. So I run away to my ship and try to escape. Nope! 3 interceptors. I destroy those, and press space to jump…. Still nope! They send 5 more, and I’m dead, kaboom…. WTF? This was easily one of the hardest space battles I’ve ever had, and I’ve played Starfield on high difficulty…. how do you even deal with this ?
