Something old and something new (to me)

I played this game when it first released and remember all space stations looking empty like this, just a hall on each side. But after playing the game again for a couple months I only just now came across this type of space station again. I thought it was an error at first lol. And this robot lady (legs for days, must be a girl right? Lol) was on my freighter briefly and I’d never seen her before. Is this character normal?
