What was the dumbest death you had in permadeath
So, I had a save of about 10 hours (not much) but in my opinion it had the perfect exotic ship, a white spherical ship with a nose and those arms that fold and point towards the ground when it flies.
And I lost everything because of a plant, who would know that a plant called a “poisonous plant” would have poison
So here’s my question, what was the stupid reason you died?

I know you need to have 3 in game hours and jump 5x to trigger a space battle. (I have 76hrs) Why won’t one spawn? What are the pre requisites? (E.g. active missions/inactive missions/bugs) I can’t get one to spawn at all. I don’t know what I’m doing…
