Automatic lights

This is a really simple build tip to automate lighting (in this case on my landing pad and patio).

All you need is a singular solar panel (or more if necessary but that would be a lot of lights 😂). Build a power inverter switch. Connect the input of the power inverter to your main power supply and the output to the light array you want to be automated. Now connect the solar panel to the control socket of the power inverter. Now when it’s dark your lights will be lit and when the sun comes up they’ll switch off automatically.

I was anti ship building

I gotta say I actually enjoy it, I only built one ship to be honest but I still get excited when I see a ship not common to my experience. It worked out well and I’m sorry I disagreed with it for so long. Do you role-play?

I’ve been role-playing as, basically what we are, a cartographer/curator but I’ve begun using my extreme rudimentary design and build skills to create little “temples” on certain planets.

As a cartographer of sorts I’ve also been renaming planets and systems to reflect their qualities but have been using Google Translate to name then in Greek, Latin, German, or Esparanto.

My settlement is a small group of believers/worshippers that sprung up around one of these temples which helps keep me motivated to stay involved in its operation.

Im what ways do you like to keep this game fresh?
