I make glass art and was asked to make a space-themed piece for a friend’s son. I definitely took inspiration from NMS, and got a little chuckle that the ship and planets are all made from glass. The black planet with red clouds is a little nod to my fave base, which is on an extreme heat Terrorsphere. I’m on PS4 so unfortunately can’t communicate easily. I’d like to respect not tele-dumping unasked for items into people’s inventories, well-intentioned or not. Setting my title to “- the Generous” feels like such a failed flex instead of an invitation. Just earlier I made the mistake of waving / gesturing with “over here!” only to be bombarded with generosity from other players which was so wholesome but literally the opposite of what I wanted haha. Should I shelf my Santa-complex for now and trust that if other players wanted something they’d ask for it?
