Previously discovered fauna showing as "undiscovered"

Even on planets that I have bases and previously completed (fully discovered minerals, flora & fauna) are now showing as undiscovered. On the discoveries page it's showing zero for flora & minerals and under the fauna tab it shows 0/7 but also shows 7/7 discovered to the right. *See image

I can earn units for discovering them again but I don't think I received the nanites bonus got completing them again. I'm not certain but I'll test it to see if that's the case. I recall a few days ago wondering why I didn't get a completion bonus and I think it might have been a planet I already finished.
