PSA: No Man's Sky runs extremely well on LINUX.
Didn’t see any talk about this recently so I thought I’d share:
This game runs extremely well on Linux. Just downloaded it on SteamPlay on my Linux desktop (16GB RAM & GTX1060) and it ran perfectly out of the box, no tweaking required. I even feel like it’s running smoother than on Windows.
If you check ProtonDB some users have tweaks for it but in my case (Proton 6 on Steam play) nothing was needed.

Advice on a controller
My roommate is disabled. He has watched me play no man’s sky and wants to join in, unfortunately he’s had a couple strokes and only has the use of one hand. Is there a controller he can use with only on hand? I’ve looked but can’t find anything that looks like it would work.
