It always bothered me somewhat that we have these plants we can cultivate for the purpose of building or crafting further items (or making loads of money on the market in the case of NipNip buds), but the plants you want to gather from for ingredients remain wild and untamed.
It’d be nice to be able to set up a farm base proper or have a microfarm on a freighter for your heptaloid wheats or impulse beans…

Hi travellers, I love the game, going 90 hours now, and decided to really try my best to build a base where i can finally settle down. Found a paradise planet, boom, let setup my base on a mountain. Everything was going fine, I planned how my base going to look like (even do research on google), until it’s time to arrange the object, the decoration. It was horrible, it’s very hard to align object in base building mode, even though I turn on the snap object placement, the object sometimes doesn’t shows up. It’s very buggy, and whenever I put something on an object (table lamp for example), it literally sinks into the object under it. What upsets me the most is, I build the base using small cuboid, but I can’t place painting, poster on the wall. Did I missed something ? Took me 6 hours to complete the base, but I was not satisfied, something is missing. The decoration could have been better, but the base building mode is very buggy. I’m disappointed. I was messing around with light boxes and colouring them red. Next I built some stairs and as you can see I made them red as well but I can’t duplicate this. Can anyone tell me how I was able to do this? The regular stone colours are drab and I would love to be able to get an entire stone building in some of the colours available to other items like I did here. submitted by /u/Bio-Rhythm |

Found this at a space station in my home galaxy right as I was about to log out, and I was instantly like “omg I need to buy this for my girlfriend”. She was peeking over my shoulder and had the same thought so I bought it as quick as I could! The lovely people here have shown me how to transfer ships, so when she plays next I’m going to give it to her. For right now it is safely docked in my freighter. I’ve finished the main quest and spent some time with the Anomaly, Nada and Polo, trying to explore and get past the events of the story. But I have to know, is there a way to find my friends? I miss Artemis and Apollo, I invested so much time into making sure Artemis was okay, not out in that lonely black. Is there anything I can do?
