I love No Man’s Sky – but how are there still no gas giants?

The first time i saw a gas giant in the game 'Outer Worlds'…my jaw just…dropped at the sight of a rainbow Jupiter. Then i felt sad because there is NOTHING in No Man's Sky as beautiful as that. Not even close. And it makes me upset because i specifically remember Sean promising us gas giants multiple times. So far, Hello Games has done a fantastic job updating the game, but gas giants were the one thing i was excited for the most. I don't even care if we can't land on them. I'm only saying this because i want No Man's Sky to be the best it can be.
