Hello, I wrote this post to give you helpful tips for going on this utopia expedition.

Let's start right away:

• On this expedition, you can craft items and place technology only near your base. So I recommend that you build your base first and then get ready for the mission before you go on to any other missions.
• It requires a lot of resources. A lot. You will be carrying many resources with you: oxygen, ferrite dust, pure ferrite, chromatic metal (copper), carbon, concentrated carbon, etc.
• If you want to get pure ferrite, completing certain missions will give you an improved mining laser, which makes it easy to collect in large quantities. Carbon Concentrate and Dihydrogen Crystals are also available for gathering, so be sure to get them early. It's even better if you get a tech that increases the amount of resource gathering.
• To build a base computer, you need 200 chromatic metal (i.e. 400 copper) and 500 pure ferrite. And since you have to build a base for each planet, you have to build a total of 5. So you need to mine a lot of resources.
• Oh, and you get all the missions out of this system except for one last one where you have to warp to another system. You'll need to craft a hyperdrive (5 microprocessors and 125 chromatic metal) and a warp cell (antimatter and antimatter housing, easy to make if you've played the game).
• In the beginning, you will be able to build exocraft. I recommend Nomad Exocraft. It is difficult to walk directly on planets with mountainous terrain, and you often have to go around gathering resources such as copper, and Nomad Exocraft greatly helps with this. But if you prefer the Pilgrim Exocraft, that's a good option too.
• The exosuit can only be recharged with life support gel and ion batteries.
• Buy some fuels from the market. You will need it.
