I found my loneliest planet yet
In the Empty galaxy Budullangr, at the edge of a void between nebulae, I found an uncharted system with two planets, no space station, no structures, no water, no sentinels, just an airless, lifeless rock and its molten partner.
I built my base, Desolation Row, on the far side from it, so all I see when I look up is stars. There’s nothing but rusted metal deposits and dihydrogen crystals as far as my scanners can pick up.
A quick visit to the molten world found bipedal reptiles about a foot tall; I brought one back with me and it scampered away across the level plain—its message translated by my exosuit read, “Scouting ahead!”
