probably the largest mineral deposit I’ve seen in the game since pre-Next. It is phosphorus

I’m on a primary mission named “Atlas Eternal”. I go to an Atlas and present it a wonder and it just points me to the next one. Pretty sure I’ve done more than 25 of them. It’s not hard (I stop at each high-level economy system station for upgrades) but does get repetitive.
Do they ever end?

These two systems are next to each other and I thought they might be useful to anyone wanting to upgrade a new ship or MT. One has all modules required to put S-class modules on all starship core technologies and the other has some very popular M…

Let’s be clear here…I absolutely am addicted to No Man’s Sky…and I love it! I originally purchased the game at launch on the PS4 system. Played for a few hours and wasn’t impressed then dropped it. Fast forward nearly 5-6 years later (and now migrated to PC/Steam gaming) I decided to purchase the game a day or two before posting this. Not exactly sure what peaked my interest in the game. Didn’t see/read about any updates or videos regarding the game, just simply wanted to play it again. So I purchased it…..BEST.DECISION.EVER.! I can’t put the game down. I put hours into the game without realizing and continue to put many more. During the short period of time of owning No Man’s Sky, I have already put 20 hours in! I still feel like I have yet to scratch the surface! The addition of multiplayer is amazing. The farming and exploration loop is highly addictive. I still feel like I am aimlessly wandering as I explore and discover upgrades for my ship, exo-suit, and multi-tool. However, it is incredibly fun. Gaming has been a bit dull lately with the current releases and nothing peaked my interest. This game has managed to magically capture that sense of child-like fun I use to experience in the early days of gaming. Wanting to spend hours upon hours without getting bored. Don’t worry I do take regular breaks in sessions and attempt to pry my fingers away from the keyboard to get some sleep before waking up the next day to continue the No Man’s Sky grind. All I got to say is….I love this game! Anyone else addicted? (I created a Reddit account soley because I wanted to share this!) submitted by /u/iCrytastic |

I’m trying to get one of every ship, and i have a fighter, a sentinel, a living, a solar, an exotic, an explorer, and a hauler. Apart from shuttle and squid, are there any other types? And do any of you have any tips for getting a squid ship? (I’m on p…

I’ve been researching staff colors and classes, but it seems a lot of the information I’m finding may be outdated, or I’m just not understanding it correctly. I’ve read that the staff head determines the build, but if I mark a staff terminal for future use, IE. I want to come back when I free up inventory space, I can’t seem to build the same staff again.
Here’s my scenario. I was exploring autophage camps, and found a particular staff color combo I liked. I dropped a save beacon, jumped up to the Anomaly to disassemble an A class MT I wanted to break down rather than exchange away. I then returned to the camp to claim my shiny new staff, but I can’t recreate the build!
In actual fact, this camp had two staff builds I wanted. One was color specific, and the other had a supercharged slot layout I wanted. I cannot recreate either.
For the record, I play on GOG. Do the staff builds vary from planet to planet like regular multi tool cabinets do?

I honestly don’t know if I’m wasting my time crafting frigate upgrades.
I select frigates that match the mission type, making sure to have a 5-star rating. Most of my ships are S-class now. I add 3 frigate upgrades to each mission (also matching them to the mission type). I have several freighter upgrades that help with various things.
I genuinely don’t know if I’m getting better returns by including the frigate upgrades or not. I left them off yesterday and I actually got more stuff.
I just wonder what’s the best way to maximize the success of frigate missions.
