Sean Murray: The Secret Redditor
I'm convinced that this Subreddit is run by Hello Games and Sean Murray. It's run way to well to be created and run by anyone else.

Bought NMS when it came out. I was pretty much oblivious to the hype and to the masses of negative reviews.
Instead I was happily travelling the galaxy by myself.
Five years later and I’m still playing this game. Still loving the experience and pottering around in my part of the galaxy.
No other game I’ve played in my 40 years of gaming has done this. And no other game has continually been upgraded, updated and made even more enjoyable, (For Free!) by a team that truly loves what they do.
Nothing beat the excitement of accidentally bumping into another Traveller. Or building a base on your perfect planet. Or exploring the galaxy alone.
Reading the community posts and threads shows also what a wonderful and non toxic group of players we have too.
Long may it continue.
Thank you Hello Games. Thank you fellow travellers.

If you haven’t seen them yet, grab a pirate-hunting mission and check them out. Your space battles will feel twice as epic as they did yesterday.
To whoever at Hello Games decided to add this bit of greatness to a random patch on a Wednesday morning: Thank you.

Your hard work, dedication and clear love for the product you’re building is really heartwarming.
I’ve actually been enjoying this game since 2016 but couldn’t say that publicly online without getting hate from strangers on the Internet, a similar thing happened this year with Cyberpunk.
So to see everyone finally celebrating this game and how great Hello Games and Sean are is a really amazing feeling.
Obviously there will always be the rotten eggs who’ll continue to hate, but I hope they know that the vast majority of us really appreciate the effort they’ve put into improving NMS.
Thanks guys!

As title says, I was playing my 52 hour extreme mode save, in Wich I had an S ship, an S sentinel freighter, and was looking for a living ship. And when I finally arrived at the planet in Wich you look for the souls, as soon as I get out of my ship, I got killed by a random guy in a ship, so if you’re reading this, thanks for ruining my save. I remind you that killing players doesn’t reward you.

They made the world feel so much more real and lived-in. The new space station are cool but the lack of those rooms and of seating in general make them feel way more sterile. submitted by /u/Many-Bees [link] [comments]

Sometimes we try to be amazing and make others laugh and then there’s times when you come up on a little critter and see that sometimes the universe wants to make you laugh. submitted by /u/AccomplishedTrade172 |
