While having a maxxed out S-Class is nice for any equipment, freighters don’t benefit the same way. There’s no reliable way to get progressively better freighters in the regular gameplay loop as you can with ships and MTs simply because freighter battles are relatively uncommon and the S-Class rolls feel so much rarer than other equipment.

The only way to hunt for better freighters reliably is by reloading, and I feel like reloading 100 times for a stat change that sees little use isn’t really worth it.

A possible fix is just adding a way to upgrade freighters with nanites. While that kind of solves the issue, it adds more grind instead of more gameplay.

I dont know if y’all know this but I have seen some people asking about how to save both ships in the pirate freighter battles. This is what I do, when you spawn in go directly to the engines on the pirate freighter and shoot them out. This will stop the freighter from escaping. Then all you gotta do is destroy sheilds then fuel cells. This causes enough damage to make the ship surrender and it should give you an option to go to both of them.
